Complaints

We verify before we publish, and we would rather be second than wrong. When we make an error, we correct it promptly, visibly and without euphemism, as our corrections policy describes.

Complaints about anything we publish can be sent through our <a href="/contact/">contact form</a>. Choose Correction for a factual error, and Other for any other complaint. Tell us the article headline and what you believe is wrong, and the message reaches the right desk.

Corrections appear at the foot of the article they correct, labeled Corrections, with the date of the correction and what changed. We do not silently rewrite published copy.
